You must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

Free Plan: We offer a limited free plan. Details can be found on our pricing page.
Paid Subscriptions: Advanced features require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". SANC AG accepts no liability for any loss of data or invoicing errors. We strongly recommend you download and back up your invoices.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including creating fraudulent invoices. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANC AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
